Case of Multi-span Plastic Greenhouses
This engineering case is a multi-span film-covered greenhouse structure. The project is located in China. It is the second phase project of this park. The project is mainly used for vegetable and fruit cultivation. Greenhouse area: span of 8 meters, 5 spans in total, total span of 40 meters; width of 4 meters, 8 bays in total, total width of 32 meters. Total area: 1280 square meters.
Construction contents: include civil engineering foundation (point-type independent foundation), embedded parts, hot-dip galvanized main frame, covering material (15-mesh PO film), top and peripheral manual roll film ventilation system, internal double-layer film insulation, greenhouse door, and greenhouse supporting production facilities. This project was successfully completed and the client has expressed good satisfaction with the results.
The main configuration of this simple attached membrane greenhouse is as follows: Arc-shaped roof attached membrane plastic greenhouse, main frame mold production, surface hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention treatment. Main columns: 100×50×2.0mm, wind-resistant columns: 50×30×2.0mm; Horizontal girders: 50×50×2.0mm hot-dip rectangular tubes; Water tank: h=2.0mm, L=3996mm, width expansion of 500mm, galvanized steel plastic greenhouse plate bent; Water tank reinforcement plates; Top arch rods: φ32mm×2.0mm hot-dip round tubes, arch spacing of 1.0 meter, three suspension rods, φ32mm×2.0mm hot-dip round tubes; Top longitudinal tension rods and film winding rods: φ25×1.5mm hot-dip round tubes, three sets of longitudinal tension rods for each arch.
Covering material: The top and the sides are covered with 15-mil thick PO lifetime droplet anti-fog film, with aluminum-zinc alloy slots greenhouses for sale and Beijing type spring fasteners for fixation.The top of the greenhouse has double-sided zipper roll-up membrane greenhouses for sale ventilation openings, as well as manual greenhouses for sale roll-up membrane ventilation openings on both sides plastic greenhouse and the end.
